FINANCE

VM Builders does not itself provide finance or financial advice. There are a number of lenders we can refer client’s to for the provision of finance. You must meet the lender’s criteria to obtain finance. You may organise your own finance if you choose to do so.

FHOG

The First Home Owner Grant is subject to an eligibility criteria. VM Builders can assist you through the application process, however we are not involved in the eligibility, approval or payment processes. The First Home Owner Grant may vary from time to time and from area to area.
